Ingredients

2 lbs of chicken pieces (legs, thighs, wings, breasts, or a mix)
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of Korean chilli flakes (gochugaru)
Two cloves of garlic, minced
One tablespoon of sugar
One tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Marinade:Mix soy sauce, chili flakes, minced garlic, sugar, and vegetable oil in a big bowl to make the marinade.
