Ingredients

500g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breast, sliced or cubed
1/4 cup soy sauce
Two tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine)
Two tablespoons honey or brown sugar

One teaspoon of grated ginger
Two green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
