Ingredients

250g (about 9 oz) chicken breast, thinly sliced
200g (about 7 oz) dried egg noodles
Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
Two cloves garlic, minced
One small onion, thinly sliced
One red bell pepper, thinly sliced
One green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
One tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste for the desired level of spiciness)
One tablespoon of oyster sauce
One teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
